Nacach Wax will update your tracking number via email, all orders come
with a verified tracking number and link. Tracking may take a few hours to
update. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery,
please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Nacach Wax, does
not control the courier trucks, so once it leaves our facility you will need
to contact them for any issues.
All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order.We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other
address after purchase.It is your responsibility to make sure your information is
accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are
not the responsibility of Nacach Wax.
Any orders with Fraud alert will not be shipped until all details and
information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to
protect every party.
PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED
We can't guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers, but we
will do our part to make sure you get your order delivered on time and without
any damage. At times, there are unforeseeable acts of nature and others issues that may arise, and the
shipping carrier may not be able to perform their duties to get
the delivery on time. In the rare event that this happens, Nacach Wax, cannot be held liable for late, lost, stolen, damaged packages. We
will do everything we can do assist with the delivery of your products.
However, we cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and
cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.
Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders within the U.S. Delivery
Confirmation includes notification of a sent package and are successfully
delivered package. Real-time tracking is with delivery confirmation.
Nacach Wax is not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail. This
is a carrier's matter. Once we have shipped the items with a tracking number
and it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we do not provide refunds.

We're here to help! All of our shipments include Delivery Confirmation on
every order to guarantee delivery. If the tracking information confirms
that your order has been delivered to your address but you have not
received your order, please contact couriers for further assistance. We can not be held accountable for packages when the tracking
information states the package has been delivered to your order
In some cases, carriers will mark a package as “Delivered” when it is still
"Out For Delivery" that day. We recommend checking for a “Delivery
Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach
you to deliver your package.

How To Use Soft Wax
Clean the skin and make sure it's devoid of oils or lotions. A light dusting of baby powder can be applied to absorb any excess moisture.
Warm the soft wax in a wax warmer until it's at a honey-like consistency.
Using a spatula, apply a thin, even layer of the wax in the direction of hair growth.
Immediately press a waxing strip onto the wax, rub in the direction of hair growth, and then swiftly pull off the strip against the direction of hair growth.
