The Best Hard Wax 

To remove unwanted hair, many people use either hard wax or soft wax. The texture and consistency are where you'll notice the biggest difference between the two. Compared to hard wax, which is thicker, more elastic, and doesn't stick to the skin, soft wax is less expensive and more easily accessible. Hard wax's main benefit is that, unlike soft wax, it only sticks to hair and not the skin, which makes it a lot less uncomfortable to use. Hard wax is preferable because it is less harsh and less prone to irritate sensitive skin.

When compared to soft wax, hard wax is more likely to remove hair from the root, leaving behind silky smooth skin for a longer period of time. And unlike other hair removal treatments, hard wax removes hair in its natural direction, minimizing the possibility of ingrown hairs.

Hard wax is applied in a somewhat different manner than soft wax. The hard wax is heated and then placed in a thin layer against the grain of the hair. Once the wax has set, it is taken off in the opposite direction of hair growth. Some amount of repetition may be necessary to get rid of all the undesirable hair.

To get the best results and avoid skin irritation, it's crucial to follow the aftercare instructions provided after applying hard wax. To avoid getting ingrown hairs, you should take moisturizing showers or baths, moisturize your skin, and exfoliate on a regular basis after waxing.

  1. Prepare your skin with pre-depilatory lotion for optimal results.
  2. Warm the can to 30-32º C or 86-90º F.
  3. Take a small quantity of the sugar paste from the jar with your fingers.
  4. Slowly apply the paste on the desired area against the direction of hair growth.
  5. Remove the paste by quickly pulling it off in a flicking motion against the direction of hair growth.
  6. We recommend using post-depilatory creams after sugaring hair removal to soothe the skin and reduce redness.

Caution: Do not apply to ulcerated or inflamed skin.
